Great hotel with a unique cave dwelling experience! Very helpful staff right from the reception desk to the restaurant. Clean rooms with good amenities which are replenished regularly. Hotel has a tieup with 2 restaurants in town as they don't have restaurants in the hotel itself , so if you want to order room service do plan it as it can take time for the food to arrive . The hotel is located up a slope and quite close to the town centre . So a short walk will get to the various shops, restaurants and the markets of the Goremme town .Also the hotel has spectacular views of the daily hot air balloons show in the mornings. The terrace has good seating arrangements to sit and view the show with a hot coffee or a cold beer.Only breakfast is served at the restaurant and it is more of a made to order type system . The staff were very helpful in getting us a packed breakfast since we had an early morning flight 😀. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goremme !

The staff were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.The manager insisted on checking our transfers and dropped us (and )luggage to the bus stop and personally made sure the locals got us on the right bus.Nice breakfast and fantastic views from the sun terrace.You can watch the balloons in the morning and lights at night.Ideal location.(They also own 2 local restaurants who will deliver the food to your room or dining room with a 10% discount thrown in)Our favourite was Namaste , their Indian restaurant, superb food.Lovely vacation.Great location

Such a great hotel! Clean and a great location. The office staff were so helpful and got us set up for a balloon ride and a tour (which was amazing since we don't speak Turkish and didn't know the area). 10/10 definitely recommend!

Location/Room/Property: We flew into Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport which was about 40 mins from the hotel. It was easy to get to and from the airport to the hotel (we arranged transportation with the hotel), however, there were taxis outside of the airport that ranged about $50 USD. They have a private car or shared shuttle service (we did a private car to the hotel and a shared shuttle to the airport). Depending on your group size, the private car was more comfortable but expensive (about $70 one-way, compared to the $10 for the shuttle).The hotel property is beautiful and so unique. The courtyard is lovely and we lounged by the pool one afternoon, and the rooms are spacious and very very very clean! The hot water was always hot, the AC kept the room cool, the wifi was consistently working, and the bed was comfy (as long as you like firm beds). You can't beat the location of this property, it's still built into a cave, but it's not super high up so you aren't constantly walking up and down very steep hills to get back to the hotel. You are about a 3 min walk from a downtown area that has a lot of restaurants and ATMs.Staff: Honestly we can't say enough about the staff here. They are some of the kindest people and so so so so helpful. They made our stay here the best part.Terrace/Breakfast/Food: the terrace (which is located up some steep steps but worth the climb) is very peaceful and a great way to start and end your day. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast and very delicious. We were able to grab some beers and watch the sunset there as well. They have a cutie black cat that roams the terrace and is so cute 🙂 The owners of the hotel also own two local restaurants so you can order food from the front desk and it is delivered to your room (which was great after a long day of touring and jet leg was kicking in hard :))Tours/Hot Air Balloon: We also booked a tour and hot air balloon ride through the hotel, which was nice to have everything organized in one place. Unfortunately, the hot air balloon ride was canceled due to weather but the tour was fun and a good way to see the top sites. There are lots of travel agencies through so if you are looking for some hiking, ATVs, etc, you can easily find those nearby

The location is great it’s close to everything 5 minutes walk to all the cafes restaurants and 15 min to the sunset/rise point.Has a beautiful terrace where we were able to watch the sunrise balloons.Our balloon flight, tours and airport pickups were arranged by the hotel.The staff and the manager were super nice and helped with everything The breakfast is good and the rooms were clean and nice, I personally always check the bathrooms first and I was relieved when I saw that it was clean and smelled good 😊You will not regret staying here

This apartment is part of the Tekkaya Cave Hotel. Everything from beginning to end was great. Communication was quick, and the hotel set up our transport from airport and back as well as balloon trip, which was a once in a lifetime experience. I got really sick during the trip and Nalan the manager of the hotel was able to help me significantly, she is the best. Please do yourself a favor and book this hotel if you are considering spending some time in Goreme Cappadoccia. It is walking distance from open air museum. Only thing to note is that there is no washer in room but they do have a cleaning service that is relatively cheap.

Really nice hotel! The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They helped us sort transport to and from the airport. They even booked a hot air balloon trip for us on short notice. The rooms are just as described. Very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast on the terrace was nice touch. Definitely great value and worth the price. I would stay here again on my trip to Cappadocia!

Beautiful location, staying in a cave room. Watching balloons from the terrace in the morning. Location is lower down the hillside than some, so convenient for restaurants and other activities. There’s lots of stairs in the location so if you struggle this isn’t the place for you. Recommend

Siamo stati in questo Hotel in agosto con mio marito e mia figlia.Tutto perfetto, i ragazzi alla reception erano gentilissimi e pronti a dare consigli su escursioni ed altro. La Signora molto attenta a controllare che tutto andasse bene e che la nostra permanenza in Hotel avesse tutti i confort.La nostra camera era nella parte più bassa davanti alla piscina, una camera tripla ampia, comoda, con caffè e acqua continuamente riforniti.La piscina carinissima e fare un bagno al rientro delle escursioni era sempre piacevole.Avevamo prenotato tramite loro il giro in mongolfiera ed è stato tutto perfetto.Un grazie alle ragazze del ristorante che la mattina ci preparavano una bellissima colazione sulla terrazza panoramica. Sempre con il sorriso e l'ospitalità di questo Paese

Top Notch Service and Hotel in Cappadoccia
