Very helpful staff from reception to the restaurant. Clean rooms with well-maintained amenities. The hotel partners with two nearby restaurants for room service, so orders may take time. Located on a slope near the town center, it offers easy access to shops and markets. The terrace provides a perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular morning hot air balloon views. Breakfast is made-to-order, and the staff kindly arranged a packed meal for our early flight. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Göreme!

The hotel arranged our balloon flight, tours, and airport transfers seamlessly.
